The tourist unit has been built on a plot of 2,000 sq.m., located on the "Kalamia" beach of Agia Eleni Arkitsa in the Municipality of Dafnousia, Prefecture of Fthiotida. It is 30 m from the sea shore, with an amazing view of the Euboean Gulf. It is a two-story building with a semi-basement and consists of ten (10) furnished apartments of 36 sq.m. each one.

THE BUILDING
QUALITY AND BEAUTY
Each apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a room separated by a 1.10 m high wall. In each apartment there is a rear northern terrace, while in front there is an 8 sq.m. terrace.
RESPECT
On the ground floor there is a reception area of 40 sq.m., and its terrace can be used as a recreation area. There is a parking lot around the plot.
RELIABILITY
This brand new tourist accommodation has been built from the beginning in an elaborate manner, following the specifications of the Hellenic Tourism Organization (HTO), by the Architect Nikolaos Maziotis and the Civil Engineer his brother Theodoros Maziotis, a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace (DPTH).
